The Interim House - Plans to provide short-term stabilization housing for individuals with substance use disorders who express readiness to begin their recovery journey. This facility serves as a critical entry point, offering 1-7 day stays to help residents transition away from unfavorable living conditions and prepare for formal rehabilitation programs.
This facility plans to provide accommodations of bunk-style housing for up to ten individuals (five men and five women), along with four individual efficiency suites designed for various phases of the stabilization process. These graduated living spaces support residents through the initial days of preparation before placement into longer-term rehabilitative housing.
This specialized "black out" holding environment creates a structured setting where individuals can safely distance themselves from substances and triggering environments while receiving support to manage initial withdrawal symptoms and build commitment to their recovery goals. The Interim House bridges the critical gap between crisis and treatment, providing a supportive first step for those seeking freedom from substance use disorders.
The RC Recovery House - Plans to provide a 10-bed, women’s residential campus that will deliver 12-18 months of programmatic recovery assistance. Here residents will be encouraged through mentorship and accountability as they develop personal responsibility, life skills, improvement, job skills work programs, social skills development, adult literacy classes, budget classes, individual and group counseling and group therapy, 12-step meetings, and Bible study groups. The RC house is a comprehensive residential rehabilitation program for women in a supportive home-like environment.

Reintegration
Next Level Housing (NLH)- Located in Crossville, TN, Next Level Living provides transitional housing for women who have successfully completed a rehabilitation program. This highly structured post-rehab program offers critical support and guidance for sustaining long-term recovery.
This post-rehab housing program follows a graduated freedom model, where residents gain increasing independence as they demonstrate progress. Members participate in a comprehensive recovery curriculum that includes peer support, mentorship, accountability structures, life skills development, spiritual growth opportunities, and work programs. The primary focus remains on overcoming life-controlling issues while building the foundation for lifelong recovery.
The facility currently consists of four fully furnished, self-contained two-bedroom units accommodating women and/or women with children. Future expansion plans include increasing capacity to eight units for women and children, plus an equal number of units for men. The apartments are designed to simulate independent living while offering residents access to structured programming within an environment of accountability. Here residents maintain employment and pay rent while demonstrating responsibility, practicing healthy life navigation, and avoiding previous life-controlling behaviors while preparing for their eventual transition to semi-independent permanent housing.
Semi-Independent Living
This phase bridges the gap between the structured residential environment and complete independence; ensuring residents have a sustainable foundation for long-term recovery while gradually reducing their reliance on program support. This allows residents to determine they can maintain their new life in the real world while still having access to the relationship, resources, and accountability that supported their initial transformation.
Recovering Crossville utilizes CF Storehouse facilities for community gatherings, 12-step meetings, group sessions, and certain counseling activities, creating a connected service experience across the recovery continuum.
